Hi,
I am thinking about buying PP for my SAN (2000). Just had a look on their website and seems they no longer do Wakeboard Pro anymore. Bearing in mind I am in UK and not many people have PP,the question is, how do you install the GPS version now available? Is it simple enough for a fairly competent mechanic like myself? Does it work well? etc, etc
Cheers in advance |

I'm not sure how well it works but it's not bad to install. For a mechanic, it would be easy. _________________ 2010 Watson Hybrid

I think the GPS version is for the throttle by wire only and won't work on anything else.
You will never go back once you have PP
You should be able to find a PP that works on your boat, and you should be able to put it in.
I had someone else put it in another boat and it did not look to bad. |

+1, I hate riding without it. Even though I'm in an I/O, I'll choose my boat over a buddy of mine's inboard b/c he doesn't have it and is a crappy driver. Speed is all over the damned place. Good thing he prefers my boat too-so we don't have to argue. _________________

The GPS version PP (stargazer) will work with linkage or throttle by wire. Called them last week. I've got a 5.0L MPI in my Monterey. The Zero Off one that runs off GPS signals will not work on linkage they only work on throttle by wire. _________________ I'm a hucker |
