You don't need that big of a cut for a 360. Just a mellow edge enough to get over the wake is all you need.when you cut that hard and try and 360 you just end up getting out of control.

damn dude... I think you really need to work on switch riding, TS jumps, 180's then try the 3's. Got a copy of TheBook?

You were actually pretty close on that 3. Not bad at all. Didn't watch the rest but apparently you need to work on your toeside jumps. My first summer I couldn't ride switch so I decided to try 3's so I wouldn't have to land switch. Poor idea.

Thanks for the replies. Yeah I can ride switch a bit and do switch 180s, but I will work on that more, as well as toeside jumps.

Don't have a copy of "the book", what would that be?

"The Book" is an extremly good instructional DVD, It teaches you so much and will greatly improve your riding i have the book base inverts and i watch it alot. All the different audio loops allows you to here more tips on that certain tip. All in all a must have for wakeboarding imo.

Thanks, I'll try to pick that up.

Better than waketrix? I think I have that one somewhere...

The book is far and away the best instructional video. Waketrix isn't bad but the book blows it away. They probably spend twice as much time on each trick and explain it tricks and physics behind them very well rather than just showing somebody doing the trick and saying "do it like this"

The Book is awesome. I bought the collection, and it definitely got me to ride better right off the bat. I did a few of the drills in the beginning of the year, but of course with limited time to go out, I find myself just doing the basic jumps and 180's so that Im having fun.

Definitely get the series...and do the drills if you can be on the board often. The few I did helped a lot.

Next year, I plan on starting almost over, and each time doing a drill/practice, for the first couple of runs, then goof off for the other runs.
