Anyone know of caster wheels for inboard trailers that have low clearance, or another type of product that would keep the skid plate from skidding and would roll?

I'm not quite understanding. You want to put caster wheels on your trailer? Would you take the wheels and tires off?

I worked at a marina, and we had big wooden "dollies" that were on caster wheels. But we had to use a shop crane to hoist the boats off the trailer, and put them on the dollies. Once they were on there, we could roll them around anywhere by hand.

I do believe he's talking about these (see pic). If you do a search, there might be a topic on it.

Thanks for adding the picture of the wheels that were on the MC trailer. Yes, 'wheelie bar' if that is what it's called, is what I'm wondering about. Where does one find those w/out hiring a welder to put the wheels on a trailer.

I have seen them on the sides of the prop protector. They where higher up so they did not hang down so low, but they were welded on and the wheels were a bit bigger.

I have owned a 89 supra Sunsport since new. Over the years
I noticed the trailer scraping on the prop guard a lot more often
also the fender was starting to crack. I took the fender to the
body shop they told me the tire was hitting the fender.
I checked out the trailer and the springs were sagging.
I replaced the complete suspension it raised it 1 3/4 ''
Now it hardly ever scrapes and tows like a dream.
