Do you guys ride a lot during the summer in New Jersey?
If you were up for a real hike, you and your friends should come to canada next uyear for wakestock, its the best weekend ever and it would probably only take you five or six hours

Last summer we hardly rode cuz not many people around here wakeboard, and its hard to rent the boat everyday here were I live cuz theres so many tourist that come down and take advantage of the things us locals enjoy about our island, but this summer were getting our own boat hopefully and we've pulled alot of people into the sport Smile

around 5 haha driving up to canada for wakestock would be pretty fun im going to have to start concidering that!

the best thing is when u have a hot wakeboarding instructor!!! OOHH BABY. im in heaven over the summer.. haha

Its totally worth the long drive. Every year we have so much fun! Last year there was 25,000 spectators, its the biggest contest in Canada! Its the best time to hang out with everyone too, cause the drinking age is 19 up here, so everyone is always chillin in the beer tent or partying at the hotels, its amazing!

LoL this might just have to be a new tradition for me...drive up to canada every summer for wakestock! I think im deff. going to try and make it this year! im gona TRY!! the 5 hour drive deff. sounds worth it..it will probally be a little longer tho it takes us 7 to get to buffalo in november...mabey we take a long way though

Oh it would most definitely be worth it! Especially if you could drive up in an RV with TV and stuff... I soo wanna take a roadtrip with some of my buddies' in one of those...

im so mad x games is in san fransico this year!! I dislike it alot! a way lot but if I Do go to wakestock it will make up for it! Smile

Im soooo glad that I got to go this year too, especially since on the last night we all went to dinner to celebrate with Danny and then wentjersey to JB's house, it was kind of a nice way to finish of the summer!

You guys totally have to come to wakestock, the first year i competed and every year since then Ive judged, except last year, that was just too much of a party to do anything but recover during the day!!!

it would be totally cool if you could come,i could introduce you to all the guys and it would be awesome, every year more and more of them come up, i think it was like two summers ago, the hotel set up a room especially for them with bunk beds and everything, one night there was like twelve of us in there!

You have me all excited LoL I have so much stuff to look foward to this season Im going to TWC in Flordia on the 13th-18th and possibly going to be going to the pro tour that day...getting my own boat this summer! and now im seriously concidering driving up to canada! I was really lucky that i got into wakeboarding when I did and I met parks when i was like 14, when i competed in worlds in texas he introduced me to shane, a year and a half later i picked him up from the airport in canada and we've been really close since then.
where's the contest that weekend? OWC? what month? you are soooo lucky!
The next time i head down there will probably be in march

The pro tour is April 12th and 13th in almonte springs I think....I know a few people Im going with are heading down there so I have to see whats going on...your like me when it comes to pictures my wall is coverd in them everyone that comes over sits there for atleast a half an hour looking at them and i have them everywhere I love showing them to people im such a photo dork! and I get made fun of all the time also! I guess nobody understands us haha! You will have to scan some from you adventures and e-mail some to me! You deff. got into wakeboarding at the right time...if your hanging out with the bonifay brothers and the gang your deff. doing something right! lol Keep it up you lucky duck!

Yeah maestro, i was going to go down for my university's reading week in feb, but i think im going to head down to miami for a little bit during my little sisters high school march break....couldnt tell you the exact dates though.

Sarah, i dont have a scanner here at home, it seems that anytime i have money lying around i end up in fla! But i will for sure head over to someones house in the next little while and scan some for you, unfortunatley though, all the reall good ones are a part of the many framed collages i have in my room, but i'll see what i can find!

I have a cottage in the Kawarthas, but last year I worked at Muskoka Woods on Lake Rosseau (sp?)... Do you know Mike Donald? He won outlaw in wakestock a couple years ago and I'm pretty sure he goes to Mcmaster too... really good rider, such smooth style...

Maestro, yeah i totally know mike, he is an amazing rider, i have always loved to watch him ride, i didnt know that he goes to mac though, hopefully i will see him around...does that mean that you know the dukes as well?
