Hey what's up w$r az style, revert is riding switch. So if a trick is said to be throw to revert it is landed in the switch (riding with your opposite leg forward) position - but also usually means a frontside rotation. Example: A backroll to revert is taking off riding in your regular position throwing the backroll and landing switch - which means a Backroll with a 180 - but this is a Front-side 180. If it was a Back-side 180 (still landing in the switch/revert position) it would be called a Roll-to-blind.

I hope that helps. If anyone wants to correct me on anything or clarify a little bit better, please do.

revert typically means taking off regular and landing fakie

half cab means taking off fakie and landing regular

they are both loosely used terms though, 'roll to revert' is the only real trick name that I can think of that uses either, and the fact that its heelside and frontside is just implied by the name.

..and adding to what madCat said, 'blind' just means landing blind/wrapped, it isn't a spin direction and doesn't apply to all backside spins.
