I found this on craigslist. Now I know that MB's are not the best boats. Speaking from expeirence but this must be a typo on the pricing.

(PS. Notice the sketchy German keywords? Yes this is the internets and yes boat scams like this get posted all the time.)

Rhawn, its not so much the boat that left such a bad impression as the service that ruined it. My buddy bought an MB and every other week it seemed that the ballast system was down. The impellers to fill the sack kept ripping to shreds and they refused to warranty the service. Poor design. Had some other small aesthic issues with the upholstery, gel coat, etc. Besides that the service provider was rediculous. He basically took the money from them for service and never performed it. MB should have researched their distributer, prior to choosing one, a bit better. Last I heard he was getting his assed sued off. And skipped town with a bunch of loot.

So you chose to dig on MBs because your buddy got ripped off by a sketchy dealer that had to leave town? Reasonable.

Rhawn, Service is half the product. I'm able to sell my products becouse we have a reputation for excellent service. MB should be more aware of whom it allows to distribute their boats. Also like I metioned there was some issues. Non were extreme, the impeller situation was just poor design. Some of the finish was so so. I'm sure they fixed it in the following models but still annoying.

can one not hate on mb simply for the fact that their boats look like ass?
