Hey guys, I was just wondering what the difference was between a 3stage 2 stage and continuous rocker.

3 stage is not more pop, it's more verticle pop. Continuous is more up and out. But a lot of it depends on the amount of rocker.

There is no such thing as 2 stage.

K, i think i want a hybrid rocker then, get the best out of both qualities right?

A hybrid rocker is just a mellow 3 stage with a smaller flat spot in the middle. Might want to demo the boards you are interested in to see how you like them.

3stage= middle of board has a flat spot then it gradually "steps up" to the tip and tail.

Continuous= no flat spot in the middle just a consistent curve the whole way through the board.
