another backroll question

everytime i try a backroll i seem to spin in the air off the take off. i complete the flip but when i land i seem to lose the rope in the air. any tips on staying on-axis in the air.

what do you mean by you start spinnin? do you mean that you end up doin a hs off axis three and lose the handle?

yea. when i leave the wake im doing sort of a 360 in the middle of the handle and i lose sight of my landing and the handle
