how to wash a wetsuit?

Whats the best way to wash a wetsuit? Can i just throw it in the washing machine with regular detergent? thanks guys

I wouldnt do that. Just rinse the suit with fresh water (i generally only wash my suit if i have been surfing i.e. in salt water - or if ive been wee-ing in my suit).

I pop my suit in the bath, and use the shower head to give the suit a good old rinse and let it drip dry. I cant imagine that detergent is particularly good for neoprene and will probably shorten the life of your suit and make it less comfy - although this is pure speculation, i cannot confirm that.

no its really a bad thing to wash a wet suit its not good for it at all just do what al said and well rinse it in fresh water and let it drip dry

I just have a top right now so I dont wash it we just let it drip dry. but if you want to wash rinse it in water like alfromscotland said. no detergent just like you shuld not use dish soap over binding lubericant.
