Third weekend out with my boat/board. Feel free to comment on form or give some advice. Feelin better every weeekend. Wakes smaller than usual, I only had two people in the boat this weekend so it seemed really flat.. not that it is much bigger with the boat loaded but it's half decent loaded.

seems to me that you're going pretty fast with a long line.. I always go about 17-18 mph and have the rope at 14 or 16... then the wake is even good without the boat being full loaded..

just try it out once and then see how it feels..

grtz

Yea I think we were doing 24mph, rope's at 65'. I'm the only one who has any boating experience, so it's kinda a pain to get anyone else to keep it steady at any other speed.

With an I/O going slower and shortening the rope should help out on the small wake end of things? I can get a 4 blade stainless prop off my neighbor for not a bad price, I'm hoping that'll make it easier to maintain under 20mph speeds.

Tron, YES. You guys are hauling balls in that vid. Put the 4 blade on and try it at 19 with it trimmed up about 1/3 to 1/2 of normal trim. If you're jumping like you were in that vid at that speed/length, you're going to be able to pull some pretty good air. Your progressive edging looks pretty good.
