Alberta Contest

WSR Wakeboard school will be hosting their first contest this weekend on Sunday July 13th at Lake Isle.

Registration is between 08:30 and 09:00 at a cost of $30.

The contest location has moved to a new location on the lake. I will have directions posted later this week.

I believe the event is standard format with two passes or two falls.

There are t-shirts for the first 20 competitors and everyone has a chance to win some draw prizes.

I've had a question about wakeskating at this contest and after talking to the tournament host; Shawn has said that "if guys show up to wakeskate we'll create a division for them"

Directions to the site are as follows:

Take Highway 16 West of Edmonton to RR 55 (camp He Ho Ha sign before RR 55) and take a right. Drive down to Eurika Beach and turn right. Take the first left onto Eurika beach, it should be the first house about 50 yards down, there will be WSR Wakeboard school signs at the event.
