So I got the basic grabs down and wanna try to tweak a few. How about some help or should I just go to the harder grabs before tryin tweaked grabs?

I think the easiest tweak grab is just an indy but straighten your front leg out and point it back to the wake you just left. this is easiest on heelside.

If you compete, I would concentrate on the harder grabs which yeild a higher point value. A tweaked grab is often open to a judges interpretation of difficulty...but will rarely be worthwhile if the grab has a low point value to start. If you're just riding for fun at this time, I would probably give the same advice. Once you get some of the harder grabs down you will be more comforitable with tweaking anything - its a win/win situation!

Appreciate it. Also, I'm workin on jumpin toeside and some surface tricks. Any suggetions to make this easier because toeside just doesn't feel right! FYI: I started wakeboardin 2/3 the way through last summer and have not been able to get on too much this summer. Had some legal problems.

Toeside is always more difficult to learn. Just trust your edge, lean back on the rope, and go! You'll get it..
