Backroll Problem

Last year I rigged up an extended pylon that was about 2 feet higher than the tie down by the prop. I was able to do backrolls eventually last summer using that. But this winter I put a tower on my boat and now it seems like every time I try a backroll the handle gets pulled out of my hands.

Im talking about HS backrolls btw. any ideas?

I had that problem too when i first started doin them. try keeping the handle in closer to your body.
