sup guys, new to this forum, first post. i went wakeboarding a few times with friends and loved it. I just bought myself a setup. 06' Hyperlite Premier 136 and gatorboard bindings. I'm 5'7 about 170. Do you guys think this setup fits me? The problem is the bindings i got are a Large and i wear a size 10.5 in shoes. They are brand new i tried to get them on but my foot didnt go. I had to put soap to get them in but were tight. Is there anyway to break them in so it's not so hard? Any input would help, thanks guys and this forum rocks!

The board fits you. Just ride them and they'll loosen up.

From what i heard people tend to not recommend soap because it dries the bindings. And its hard to remove all the soap from the material.
Shaving cream is what i was told to use, works pretty good and vanishes directly in the water.
Im not saying im 100 % correct, just what iv heard Smile

Soap can have a negative effect on bindings and what not, but i have no noticed any wear on my bindings from it, i dont use it every time, i only used it in the beginning because they were tight.

If you got a large and you have 10.5 shoe size, it should be fine. The only way to really break them in, is to ride them Smile

I've heard of people filling thier bath tub up with hot water and putting their bindings on and letting them soak, but idk about all that
