| I was out on Saturday and the PP display went dead. It was not in cruise mode at the time just running to a new spot. It had been working fine. I had been looking at the speed then the next time I looked it was off. I shut off the boat, then turned it back on and the PP was still dead. Any suggestions? |

My mistake, go to the contol module (brain) should be a purple wire with a fuse holder on it. This wire gives the power to the system. If you are not sure of wich wire, read where the wires plug into the brain. It should say power. _________________ Live to fix so you can ride |

| Thanks for the quick response! I'll give it a try. See if I can squeeze in there. You don't know what size fuse so I could get one ahead of time? I'll let you know if that fixes it. |

| It was the fuse and is was a 10a. The first one I put in blew again. I messed with the wires by the servo motor a little then put another fuse in and this one did not blow. I think you fixed it for me. Thanks! |

You need to find out exactly what was making the fuse blow... Keep looking for the problem. If messing with the wires around the servo fixed it, try to find out why. _________________ Live to fix so you can ride |

| I'm not sure if possibly one of the connections got wet or was a bit loose. Maybe one of the wires is split. I just had it installed this winter and have only used it 8ish times hopefully if it wasn't just a loose connection and I still keep having problems the dealer will chase it down for me. I'm not feeling very cool about it being fixed unless it was just a loose connection. Maybe it was a loose ground type of thing. |

I think I found it. The wires that fun up to the servo motor were getting bounced abit and pulling tight. The goldish conections were getting crimped pretty bad. I used a wire tie to help the wires not pull at the servo motor and have not had the problem since. Thanks again for the help |

Perfect Pass - yes. My problem is when a lighter rider is behind the boat and the alert signal comes on the throttle seems to come back on me. I try to increase the speed again and then some # thing comes on. Any suggestions?
Thanks,

| The # symbol means it needs alittle more throttle(servo motor runs out of cable). They say you're supposed to keep your hand on the throttle so it doesn't slip backwards. I haven't had that problem but that's what the manual says. It's better to overshoot the speed alittle and then the servo motor has plenty of throttle cable to work with. Hope that helps. |

1w00d,
Thanks for the help. I adjusted everything and the throttle seems much more stiff. I adjusted it because the boat would never idle down. Now the idle works its way back down but the throttle is much more stiff and has a tendancey to come back. It never came back in the past. Is there an adjustment I can make?
Thanks,
