Some told me that shoulder dislocations are very common in cable parks, how true is this?

If they are very common, is there a way to avoid them?

Although I am an expert snow rider, I am still a beginner in the water barely learning how to turn and keep my board stable in the water.

Thanks in advance Cool

youll be fine, just stretch before hand and let go when you fall. You will learn later how to pull yourself back onto your feet after certain falls but to begin with, just admit defeat why you are getting dragged along on your front.

I have riden alot of cable and ive been fine. There are dangers with every aspect of "extreme" (god i hate that expression) sports so just take it easy to begin with, THEN go nuts!!

Cool, it's enough that I have to deal with the idea that there might be gators in the water Evil or Very Mad, it's south Florida those bastards are everywhere.

I have only been wake boarding once, last Tuesday but I am still having trouble controlling the lag in the turns, I have yet to master a full run. I loose to much momentum and end up falling most of the time. I need to build my arms more they are too week.

I will hit the park next week and see how it goes.

Does anyone has any input on how to manage the the lag in the pulleys when a turn comes?

Oh I forgot to update this thread, last Tuesday I managed to do all 4 corners. I can't wait till tomorrow, I might remove the fins and see how it goes.

Thanks for the help
