hi im new to both wakeboarding and boating but just had a monster tower installed on my new to me 1997 marada 19ft i/o. the local shop that did the install seemed to do a clean job however when i now go to open the windshield to get to the bow it hits the front leg on the tower and doesn't fold all the way back like it should. (argh). there seems to be a ton of great info on this site and was wondering how i can secure the windshield to the tower some how when its opened up??? any innovation recommendations would be much appreciated. thanks- scott

Your local shop should have anticipated this, before installing the tower as it is common if you dont anticipate it. The monter tower is very versatile and can be mounted almost anywhere, so they should have not had this problem if they thought it through. Take it back to the shop and tell them to fix it. Dont let them give you some BS, that these were the only mounting points, as most likely this is not the case. The only bad part about moving the tower is that you will have holes in your boat, which they can fix, but it will never look perferect.

A free light bar or something along those lines might make up for all the hassles they caused you with the improperly mounted tower Smile
