Does anyone use the Indo Board for training and/or fun? If so, would you suggest it and which model? Do you follow a "program" for training? I briefly priced them at about $150+, and figured it's not too expensive for something to help me improve the fundamentals.

i won one at a competition last fall and it's super fun, not necessarily a training tool.. it does help with overall balance but not so much wake skills. we bust it out when we have parties and its quite entertaining to watch drunk people try it..

That's awesome! I can picture people falling flat on their face!

I love mine. Its insanely fun and i do mine while i watch fuel TV. So I use mine about an hour a day and has gotten my leg strength up. I would definetly recomend it.

To get your leg strenght up follow the instructions and hold the position for as long as possible.

it's kinda like a fatter rounded off skateboard deck that you balance on top of a cylinder with. This is a bad description so I would search for it online, and no you don't use it on the water. It's a balance trainer.

I use mine for ankle rehab...it keeps the legs in shape and helps with balance a ton. I use it about 15 min a night. FYI dont use it on slick concrete (carport)...

Snoop, make your own with a 2 or 3 liter bottle and an old skateboard deck or even a skimboard. Just fill it up with water, wrap it with duct tape for strength and you are set. Extremely fun, and in my eyes even better(because my one friend can pull off 360 flips)

Yeah, I had some friends make one out of some scrap PVC pipe 6" and a sheet of plywood cut into an oval shape. It worked and saved some $ for gas...
