GATORBOARDS "vandall"?? thinking of this as my new set up with the GB closed toe bindings. looking for something with soft landings as my ankles have seen better days!!!!!!!

o.k.................let me tell you all what im looking for in a board then maybe you can help. im looking for a board that holds a good edge and doesnt feel like your back foot is going to slide or wash out. im looking for it to have soft landings as well as my ankles have taken there toll. i know you all are going to say try some out but i dont have that option. the vandall is a continuous rocker but the mag says it will ride you if your not ready. i thought continuous rocker rode better. give me some schooling on that. thanks for your help peeps............

My 3ds rides just like your describing. Landings are soft as i've ever had, and the edge hold is incredible. It's honestly too much for me, but i'm going to get smaller fins to fix that. I'd go for it if you can.

Ctipping, The Pulse / 3DS is as tight of a board as you can get, plus the bottom has a V shape down the middle to make the landing softer.
Like Chad H stated you might even want the smaller fins later so it isn't so tight.

The Tribut, I have'nt been on yet, but 2 of my friends that are reginal riders for Hyperlite switched from the 3DS to the Tribute and loved it. They said it was more forgiving.

i've heard youd ride pretty amazing if you bought a hyperlite or ronix, that's just what i heard on the streets
