|
|
We took a road trip to Orlando and Clermont this week. On Monday we happened to be at O-dub when Parks and Shane showed up to ride.
It appears that Parks is healthy as ever because he was KILLING it. And of course Shane is insane. Watching the brothers Bonifay ride, whether boat or cables or winch, is an experience not soon forgotten.
Both were happy to shake hands and shoot the sheeit with everyone who was so inclined. I was again reminded of how outgoing and enthusiastic the majority of "big name" wake pros are about their sport.
Nick Davies was there too, right in the middle of it with them. The things this guy can do on a cable defy the laws of physics.
My only regret is that I didn't want to miss a second so I didn't run out to the truck for my camera. Got no pics, but the memories are clear.
Thanks for the great show y'all.
EDIT: Yo Luke, good to see you. Hope the wrist heals up soon. _________________ Hilton Head Wake Sports.com

Now he is getting water time in Florida he's going to come on really fast. I hope he gets to ride in some comps this year so we get to see what he can do.
Btw, he is still riding Junior Men in Europe so I guess that makes him about 18. He won Junior Men at the recent EAME Champs in South Africa. _________________ brutto |
