02lightning, Thanks for the compliments. Truthfully, I'm already regretting it. I love my boat, but I just don't use it enough to justify it right now. We'll get another one when the kids are a bit older.

I'll post a few more pics when i get the chance.

Wait it out, dude! We went through a few lean years when the kids were too young to stay out long and before they started doing any water sports, but now they're both old enough to spend most of the day on the water without getting bored. We used our boat more last year than we have in a long time because the kids are enjoying it much more.

Swass, HAHA! I was posting those while you were replying...

I'm not hanging up the boards, just making the decision to stop throwing money in the toilet every month. I'm going to get another boat in a couple years. Right now, the thing takes up my garage and costs me money every month. Money that I really need to be putting towards something that makes dinero to pay for the boat. The kids and the rest of the activities I find myself doing every week are preventing me from using the damn thing enough to make sense. I would much rather sell it while I can still get some of what I paid out of it and buy a sparkling new one in a couple years.

Meanwhile, I'll try to mooch pulls from jt's bro in his X2. Laughing

Wanna trade for my Response LX...and a bit of cash? Very Happy

If I thought I could talk my wife into it, I'd be on my way to pick it up right now...even if that means stepping foot in the state of Texas. Laughing

Good luck - I'm sure it'll sell.

Allz I can say is that my wife is 2 months pregnant and I'll be damned if I'm going to sell my boat, or any other toys of mine. I don't work my freakin ass off just to see my toys ride off behind some other chucklehead's truck. Sounds to me like you need to take a look in the mirror, play Welcome to the Jungle in your brain, get your priorities straight, and get your ass out on the lake.

Oh man, you are not helping me. That boat is awesome. Sorry to hear you're selling it. But I understand I think (jeez I must be getting old, and responsible!). Thus is why I own two classic toys. They're cheap and paid for. So when if I were to get frustrated, they don't go under the knife. Laughing

kmagnuss, I despise yellow also, but I became a fan after seeing this one in person only because this boat has it discreetly and only as an accent. Sitting in the water you can't even see the bottom stripe.

Thanks for the compliment.

haugy, forget your shop and buy my boat. Laughing

oshensurfer, As you know we went through the same thing and I am glad we did sell. I got all my money back and as much as I would love to have another, I can use the money to do other things and not get upset at others when we don't have time to take it out. Just find someone who rides and stuff 20's into their glovebox when you go with them. You have fun and it saves you tons for now.

02lightning, Big talk......the same talk you will be choking on in a year when you're knee deep in diapers and formula and want nothing more on a weekend than 5 hours of sleep. Mr. Green

It's a good thing that my inlaws just bought a house on the lake a mile from my house and want nothing more than to keep our baby on the weekends!!!

Sad that the boat is going.... I have a 4, 8, and 10 year olds. It was tough getting the third one on the boat while he was only a few months old, but we figgered it out. I am now modified and built for recreation not procreation so we have some great years ahead of us!!! LOL!
