Newbie Board & Binding Q's - LF Synergy 06 & Nevin A

Hey guys

Ive been boarding on and off for a few years now and want to take it more seriously so am going to buy my own set up.

Most of my mates boards are 134/135 but im looking at getting a 137.

Here is the board im looking to get, its the Liquid Force Synergy 06:

My main questions are:
Has anyone used the mentioned board or bindings?
Would you recommend them? How did you find them?

I have ridden an LF Stance which is possibly the most similar board to the synergy. I found that i needed a smaller board because i had trouble bringing the board around for spins.

I have never ridden those bindings.
