|
|
We're on the verge of picking up a 37 inch LCD tv for the living room but every time I get ready to make the purchase, I get turned off by the extra $120 for a wall-hanging mount.
All I can think of is the hordes of people that don't know better and pick up "Monster Cables" at a huge premium while they pick up their fancy new tv or audio system and basically get taken for a ride. These mounts are basically simple assemblies of cheap metal or aluminum with a set of bolts - and there is no way that they are worth 120 bucks.
So - does anyone know of sources online that sell pretty generic, inexpensive wall-mounts for these sets? We don't have much of a preference between the ones that pivot and ones that don't as either could work - but obviously having that choice would be nice.
Just looking for places to start the search.
Thanks,
Erik |

Just what I was looking for.
This is much better than having one option and that one option is for $120 dollars.
Also I wanted to point out that I'm not simply looking for the cheapest thing I can find, you know, made from paper clips and recycled soda cans or something, that I'll then hang my $1200 tv from. I am simply looking for more options than the one mount that tends to be available at the store on the days I'm motivated to grab this thing.
Thanks,
Erik |

Erik, I bought mine there along with all my cables. The mounts are solid just get the right size as you are right between the two main mount sizes. _________________ Steal My Book
