They new ride03 Centurion Hurricane. We love it, wake is sweet and tons of storage. We only had 500lbs in the bow and the factory ballast filled and 2 people in the boat for all these pics. The rope is at 75ft and the speed is 22mph. I'll have some better wake pics after this weekend so you can see the size better. What do ya think? Its supposed to be grey but its looks white. The grey is really light. Looks grey someties and white other times. Oh well it rides ssssswwwwwweeeeeetttttt.

Nice boat. I actaully rode behind one yesterday for the first time and was quite impressed w/the boat and the wake. We had the factory ballast plus 500 in the bow and two 500s filled about 3/4 on each side of the motor. The wake was very firm w/good pop. Have fun with it.

Does the lube fall out of that container when you hit a big wave?

Are you saying the gel coat is grey? If so that looks very light. Personally I think that is positive, it will hide some blemishes better than a straight out white. Also how much weight is "factory ballast" for a Hurricane?

The factory ballast is like 750lbs.(3 tank upgraded option) I was told by the rep 2 275lb tanks in the rear and a 200lb center tank. The boat is a light grey. See what I mean it looks white in the sunlight and grey at sunset. Kinda cool IMO. Have to hand the color scheme to the fiance. She just wanted a classy looking boat that "wont go out of style." Very easy to keep clean. I wanted black of course, but was easily convinced by the cleaning aspect and the flaw aspect down the road. Didn't get any pictures of the wake, we left the camera at home, Dooooohhhh!!!!

Naw, I'm going to the river this upcoming weekend. Finally got some quality riding in this weekend and got the wake dialed in. I'm sooo happy with the boat. Also did what you said, I raised my riding speed a little and was able to use the 75ft. Clean as heck back there. Did u get out this weekend?

Breezer,

That thing was the best purchase for like 8.99. It never falls of and we've been flying around the lake through d- ups and cabin cruiser wakes full throttle, u can't shake it. It stays on there like glue even with a full bottle of lube. Got it from bass pro shops, it has 2 suction cups and I put some weather stripping foam on the bottom of the cup so it doesn't mark up the gelcoat. U can take it off to clean. I'd recommend it to everyone. We feel that was the best addition to the boat by far. Makes lubing up a cinch. It's right at your fingertips

glad to see u guys like ride

Sunday on the river looks to be the best, but you all know how the forecast is. We'll see how the week goes, but I think that we'll be going out on Sunday as well. Hope to see everyone down there.

Shawn,

Did you get your ride back yet? I talked to mark the last weekend in april and he said your boat had some gelcoat issues. Hopefully everything is worked out and going good. Hope the weather is good for the weekend. Still holding on to the 88 nauty for a beater boat when my bro and his buddies get all drunk they won't have to wreck the new ride. Also that will stay permanently on the lake for anyone one to use in the fam like cousins and stuff. Hope to see you this weekend thanks again for the pull last year.

Yes, I have the Setter back, but it wasn't gel coat issues, it was a tower issue. The base of my tower had to be replaced because the tower was a really early version of the swoop, and the legs didn't match up to the side of the hull very well. It caused some very minor spider cracking, but that has been repaired and the tower replaced. I also had some other stuff done to the boat while it was at the factory, but you'll have to wait and see.

You're new boat looks great. I may have to bum a pull to check it out. I will be out on Sunday, but not Saturday.
