Wanted to share the pics, little late but recently added the new Wet Sounds MB's to complement the existing 80's. The new Mid-Bass speakers really balance out the sound and help "fill" up the stereo versus the loud piercing horns from the 80's alone. We were fans of the 80's to begin with but adding some midbass up there really just completes the system. Lost some room up there for it, can't tell if the headaches are from the system or bangin's heads on the speakers.
Here are some pics.
From the back:

Here's a shot of the tower before adding the MB's.

Thanks Haugy/karkid just cleaning her up for sale now.
wakejeff - top notch, if I have any complaints it's that I don't get my ROI on the amps, we can't bear to have it up all the way!
Dizzletoy - this is the second black boat we've had, I think you get used to it. I am not sure that we clean ours more than anyone with a solid white boat. You may get away with less maintenance on lighter colors but if you do a "great" job, it will be great looking no matter the color. There surely are less shortcuts I guess with black though. Great boats are fun to clean, no matter how much I joke about the wife cleaning it and me never touching it. |
