Hey,
So I don't need help on doing a 180, but maybe some correction.
i was watching a video of myself doing 180s, and I realized that I don't let go of the handle. But I do land them.
Should I get into the habit of letting go, or does it matter?
Thanks. |

| no, it doesnt matter, you dont HAVE to let go to do a 180, i found it easier to do when i did let go tho, i feel like my body gets in a better position when i let go |

| wakeboardwillis, I feel the exact opposite of you. I guess it's just personal preference. However, in regards to the original poster there isn't a right or wrong way. Although, when you start doing grabs with your 180's you will more than likely be landing 1 handed or at least most people do. |

I'm the opposite too. On the TS180 holding on with both hands is naturally going to pull you into a 180. On a HS180 Holding on with both hands will pull you back to a HS jump.
I didn't land HS180s consistently until I started grabbing them. It just puts you in the right position to land. _________________ You have just entered the twilight zone. |
