Ok total newbie, Can get up no problem. Edging heelside no problem. Need a little help toeside. When i roll my knees forward and lean towards the line i can feel the pressure on my front foor trying to pull back heelside. It is very hard to hold a toeside edge. Is this normal? Been working at it at cable park. Any ideas or tips?

Sounds like you're not really getting on your board's edge. Try to get more weight onto the front foot to get the front side of the board into the water more. Will get you a better edge. _________________

It's normal for people to struggle on their toeside edging when starting. the first couple of sets I ever had I actually couldn't get outside of the wake on my toeside edge. Just keep the handle at your lead hip and just practice. You have the right idea about rolling your knees forward, and you want to lean against the rope and move your hips towards handle. Just practice and you'll get it.
