So like I'm totally getting better out there getting so close to nailing the w2w, havin fun with service tricks, and getting my switch down but, danget! My go juice runs out before I want it to! I go out twice in one day for 15 to 20 min each (once perweek Sad ) anyone else experience this lack of energy or am I just a fatty?

Hit the gym, start working out to build up your stamina. Lots of cardio will be good for your stamina as well.

Any nutrition class that advises drinking gatorade/powerade is a waste of your time. Seriously, how do people come up with stuff. There are so many better alternatives to for electrolyte replenishment. In addition he doesn't need the carbs for 15 minutes of exercise. This comes down to conditioning.

I think the service tricks are what might be kicking you in the arse.
Might want to try some surface tricks instead.

Yeah man, we know you're from Tennessee and all, but stop doing service tricks to your boys before you ride...that'll give you some more energy.
