for those of you with mastercrafts or any reliable second hand info, what have your experiences been with boat town and there service dept. This is going to be our deciding factor between here and sail and ski on a 210. thanks

I would get the 210 there awsome, but sail n ski's an awsome store but some of the people that work there dont seem to know what they are talking about. But Billy works there some time and he knows alot.

We went to Boat Town, but decided to go with an SAN at Sail and Ski. It is a sweet boat, and Im glad I got it over an X-Star, even though they are awesome boats. Go talk to James Johnson at Sail and Ski. He knows alot about these boats and is very nice. You wont be disappointed.

the boat town folks have always been very nice to me, even tho I have an 82 mastercraft. I've never had much luck with s&s, but I've only shopped for snowboarding gear there. They seemed like they only wanted to deal with people bying san's, but of cours, you are, so they will probably be pretty damn helpfull. Donno how there service after the puchace is tho.

definitely sail and ski...get to know the guys in the service dept. and parts dept. (paul f.) and scott too (gear n stuff).
they've done everything i've ever asked, always freindly. I friend of mine hit a log in his 03' SAN 226, they let them take a loner till the repairs were done on his boat!
prices on supplies and even gear are about the same if not less than any other place.
just my $.02 |

I have had better luck with Sail & Ski, but all I have got from either was wake boards and bindings. The Staff at Sail & Ski seams a little more knowing about the sport. If I had the money to do it I would get the Air, but I didn't have that kind of cash so I went with the Mobius LSV from South Austin Marine.
