| I just bought a used 2000 mastercraft xstar for 31,200 was that a reasonable price. It had...88 hours on it, with a tower, 500 pound ballast, speakers, sub, CD, V-drive...uhm.... trailer....bimini, cover....i think thats about it? Did I get ripped off, or reasonable price? |

sounds like a good value, but does it matter at all now?
Don't keep checking your price. Just enjoy the heck out of your new toy. Congrats. -Jed |

| yea, perfect pass can make the worst driver world class, take me for example, ask my dad, Im always changing speed with him back there, but with perfect pass I'll be just fine, my boat has perfect pass, thats one thing we were looking as a "must have" in the boat we bought, we ended up with a 2003 nautique 206 limited |

Thanks alot Jmass03! I've got the exact same boat, but with about 250 hours, and I've been trying to convince my buddy Brian to buy it from me for $35,000. Now he'll NEVER pay me what I want!
Just giving you a hard time. Assuming that the boat hasn't been trashed and is in good shape, I think you got a hell of a deal. Enjoy. _________________ "Any society that would give up a little liberty to gain a little security will deserve neither and lose both." Benjamin Franklin

| What type of bag do you have for the stock kgb/ski locker? Is it a gray bag or did you get the yellow fuel cell bladded upgrade? |

Paid $36K about 4 months ago for an '01 X-Star with 40 hours, '02 tower, and everything else you mentioned. Sounds like a good deal. _________________ Get There... |

Jmass - it's a little late to be asking that question now don't you think. You should have done a lot better research BEFORE you bought the boat and you would know whether you got a good deal or not.
Sounds like you may have been lucky this time and gotten a good deal, but do your homework first next time because you might not be so lucky.
If this was just a sneaky attempt to tell people how much you paid for the boat, you don't need it. Just tell people that you are stoked because you got a new boat for $XXX. You don't need to hide it in the form of a question.
Either way, congratulations on the new boat. Don't worry about whether you got a good deal or not and just enjoy it. After all, that is what you bought it for. _________________ 1993 Mastercraft Prostar 190
