| im tryin to learn some inverts now and i am dialed on my front flips on the trampoline and stuff, but when it comes to on the water it is totally different, and i have never landed a backflip ever. So which should i start practicing on, a TS frontroll, or just any type of backflip, tantrum, backroll, stuff like that. and which one is easier? |

ts frontrolls are really hard to spot your landing, but are a nice trick to have. Tantrums are easier, but i know exactly what you mean by not being able to do a backflip. I couldn't either for a really long time. I learned a backroll first, then frontroll, but tantrums, scarecrows, and hs backrolls are easier than the frontroll imo. _________________ www.munsonski.com

| agreed. Front rolls aren't only hard to spot landings on but they also have a difficult rotation. They are easy to initiate but hard to carry all the way through cleanly. Most ppl either come up short and land on their butt or go part way around to crow. If you can't do a backflip try a backroll although tantrum landings are easier to spot. Good luck. |

| I tried a few front rolls and for me they were way easier to rotate on but the landings were really really hard. I sprained my ankle really bad on an attempt that everybody on the boat said looked like a normal landing, so I'd just be careful with it. |

i can do a backroll but it took me about a hundred trys to land it. im working on a frontroll and i've only tried it about 8 times and i think im pretty close to landing it. try both of them 3-5 times and which ever feels better you should persue. i have always been really bad at any type of backflip on the trampoline so that might be the reason it took me so long to land a back roll _________________ i am great |

| I don't see how not being able to do a backflip on a tramp will make it harder to do a backroll? A backroll is nothing like a backflip, you may be thinking of a tantrum I don't know? |

yeah, he probably is. i think that backrolls are so easy, they practically do themselves if you do it right. _________________ www.munsonski.com

no i was talking about backroll and tantrum. i cant do the backroll rotation on the trampoline very well. it feels really awkward. frontflip and frontroll feel much more natural for me _________________ i am great |

Learn to do a backflip on the trampoline. Start on a diving board if you need to. Backrolls and tantrums are much easier than frontrolls. _________________ You have just entered the twilight zone. |

| imo tantrums are by far the easiest to do. they are easy to land and the falls dont hurt at all...my first tantrum i landed straight on my head and it felt way better than when i fell learning w2w |
