Here is my new baby... I pick it up wednesday after they install my stero Smile

two 12 inch subs.... two amps.... boss tower speakers... light bar.

CANT WAIT!

AS far as the Illusion tower goes, I was kinda stuck with it (last vlx in stock). Yes, when the rider falls and you go back to pick them up the rope gets caught on the board racks.... Guess i'll have to give my spotters more beer for having to unhook it all the time Smile

I got a GREAT price because of the tower issue...so it works.

Yea... because of the tower, I got a good deal. I wasnt crazy and still am not crazy about it either... The look is growing on me, but the fact that everytime the boat has to pickup a rider the rope gets caught on the board racks and someone has to unhook it.

I am sure the tower will look better with a pair of B-530's and a light bar.

i'm sure u can buy some type of rope guard thing. we r thinkin about gettin one for our monkey bar b/c the same thing happens sometimes.

Yeah, I made one out of a really thin metal bar and just bent it around and welt it. I think you can buy them with Fly High Pylons if you want an idea of what they look like. Try their site, I think it's barefootinternational.com

The speakers/light bar is going to be ALL chrome to offset the green and black tower... Should look MEAN!! I cant wait!!

wakehype, when I heard about the color earlier I thought it'd be nasty, but that boat is just as pimp as my SAN Im picking up thursday, congrats on the new ride, enjoy. Just make sure your driving or in the front when no riding, so you dont have to move the rope...lol!

we were going to go with green on the tower speakers... but thought thatd be WAY to much green so went with all chrom lightbar/speakers

This wasnt intended to be a boat war. If you don't like my boat, keep it to yourself. It's ALL personal opinion. You can't go wrong with a Natique, MC, or A Malibu. They are all great all around boats.

One of the reasons I went with a Malibu is the fact that the locl MC dealer was 2 hours away and the local Natique dealer was around 3. Local malibu dealer has great service, and the VLX is a great boat.

KEEP IT TO YOURSELF. I wouldnt go knocking your bass fishing boat if you posted it on here. Some people need to grow up.

Wakehype, I like the way the tower looks, it's very unique. Could the problem with the rope getting tangled in the racks be solved with an extended rope guide of some type? I saw this one at Overtons. Go with the Tint! looks good with the solid green.
