load the rope up and keep your knees stiff and almost straight and be sure to keep both hands on the rope

no way --- keep both hands on the rope is like the worst thing you can do in regards to you not spinning, your body wants to unwind naturally on ts airs so let go with your back hand and it will straighten you out, remeber to charge the wake and bunny hop just before you get air born

you don't need to bunny hop that will just throw you off balance. I used to spin too, try to look towards the direction you are travelling and keep the rope at your lead hip and you won't spin. also you can drop your back hand right before you land that can help.

just keep your eyes on the horizon. Where the head goes, the body goes. Stay nice and stiff, with your back straight, then pop once you hit the wake. When you do it right, you'll know. You'll feel it.

In regards to air don't absorb the wakes kick, you don't wanna bunny hop but instead think about gently extending your legs/ In regards to spinning, DO NOT let go in the air! This is just the start of a bad habit. You want to promote good form and good form only has you let go, when passing tha handle, grabbing or trying to save your @$$ from eating it(fashion airs are legit too). It all starts in the cut, keep your arms in and the handle on your hip, as you leave the wake extend up and keep the handle right there, low and on your hip. rock on

Most definitely take your back hand off the handle.

just be sure to stand tall and dont bend at your waist, that will help you stay on axis. Also keep the handle at your front hip the whole time. Just take a nice progressive edge into the wake and it will make the world of difference.

I agree with Stephan, you should take the time to learn to keep your hands on cuz on a lot of TS tricks you won't be able to hold on it if you try it one handed when you're learning it.

numbfoot, how ironic that I find your post here doing exactly what you criticized me for, seconding the opinion of another poster.
