I have been a Malibu guy for over a decade. A buddy is looking at a 2001 Correct craft pro air. does anyone have any experience with this year boat?

I believe they are direct drive. Can you add any sacs to this boat and create a surf wake at all?

DD, has a different hull from the normal Sport Nautique, the Pro Air's hull has pockets to suck the hull down at speed. No direct experience, but I have always heard that the Sport Nautique produced a much better wake when fully weighted down.

No idea on surf wake though- but I'm guessing with some sort of homemade surf gate contraption it would probably be fine if loaded down.

Never surfed behind one. The boat puts out a great wake, but does need some weight.

He decided a v-drive is what he wants. He is going to skip this boat.

Are you new here? Shouldn't this be in the Wakeboard Boat section? Laughing
