Help me decide on a boat?!

Made the mistake of riding behind a Malibu 23LSV and now I have to upgrade my boat. I am coming out of a sterndrive, so any inboard is going to make a world of difference for me. I would consider myself an intermediate wakeboarer, was able to land a tantrum 3rd try behind that wakesetter. My main thing is wakeboarding, I would like to experiment some with wake surfing, but I'm not that worried about it.

I am trying to stay under $25k

Obviously for under $25k I'm not going to get the best wake out there, but what would you recommend and which seems like the best value? Although I am anxious to pull the trigger on another boat, I am in no hurry so do you think more towards the off season some good steals would come around?

I might consider an X-Star but would end up with a Super Air if I was in your position.

Edit (after clicking the link for the Nautique); isn't that a 2003? Thought 2002 didn't have the 'straight cut' stern?
