ball snob... top flight not that I could ever tell the difference. I've been lucky enough to work in a job where I haven't had to buy golf balls for 20 years...
I gave away most of my golf balls last year _________________ Don't do anything rash.....and don't do anything to get a rash... |

I could definitely pull that off, but then I'd have to actually talk to wholesalers, so yeah, not worth it.
And I definitely can't tell the difference, so $5/box works great for me! _________________

I can only tell the difference between decent and complete garbage. I can't remember the last time I bought golf balls. We have a couple courses around here where we can easily reload our supply. Lots of old gusy who won't bother looking... so five minute walk through the trees/grass/gully while waiting usually yields some good results. Went to one course last year and no joke, came out about +60 balls. And this was only looking while waiting for the people in front. No way I'm paying $70 for a dozen golf balls. |

In my experience Top-Flights 10 yrs ago were utter garbage.
They were nicknamed Rock-Flights for a reason. Literally felt like hitting a rock.
Now they are better. Not sure about the xl7000. I have hit the Gamer and Freak and they were ok. _________________ Is President Obama a Keynesian? |

I do the same, but left a bunch that I had found in Bermuda so I could lighten my load on the way home. This order of 48 + what I'm sure I will find will last for a loooong time for me. _________________

I actually get most of my golf balls at lostgolfballs.com .. I am a huge fan. They have different grades to chose from. You don't need to get the top tier to get like new balls. I usually get one or two levels down. Their prices have gone up, but you can still get them way cheaper than new. 50 ball buckets |
