The day has finally come for me to sell my Xterra. Luckily it's staying within the family (I'm selling it to my dad) as I have no use for an Xterra living in NYC. I'm having a really hard time coming up with a fair price and was hoping wb.com would have some input. Kelly Blue Book is saying $3,745 while similar Xterras in my area are listed in the upper 7,000s. That means nothing if they aren't selling, but I also don't want to be leaving thousands on the table if that's fair market value. Edmunds says even less but I can't take them seriously (they don't even have an option to specify 2WD or 4WD). Any help is appreciated!

Specs:
2001 Xterra XE
3.3 V6 Auto 4WD
148,000 miles
Aftermarket stereo (CD/MP3 Polk speakers)
Power doors/locks
Towing package
75% tire tread
Clean, no major cosmetic or mechanical problems

How much did you think you were gonna get for a 14yo nissan with 148K? You can search craigslist if you want for similar cars, or the internet---heard it's gonna be big one day!
