If you can do all the grabs wake to wake then you will be money. Toeside airs will set you apart, so make sure you can jump both ways. Toss a butterslide /boardslide, at that level it's more about showing you are proficient and having a good time. also don't try tricks you cannot land, unless at the very end. I've been in comps where some guys landed like 5 inverts but fell twice and ended their run early, whereas i would start with big stylie grabs and nice air, slap a few flips in and then stick a 3, not too hard and stand up, if you do that you win. Watch the other riders and see what you will have to do to beat the rest of them. I always kinda retreat away from eveyone else and get focused, run though my entire run mentally and just clear my mind of anything but wakeboarding. If you do fall, don't stress, just use the frustration to focus. Above all of it though have a good time, it's a great opportunity to talk/meet riders who could help you progress. Don't stress about winning!! Become the zen master!

String a pass together, thats the most important thing. Heelside and toeside back to back one after another, switch w2w if possible. Grabbed 180's, tweaked grabs, shifty grabs, etc... just keep it flowing and DON'T cross over the ts wake just to get back to the hs wake or everyone in the boat will quit paying attention.
