Just bought a new Liquid Force 2014 TRIP

Hit a problem ... this board was to replace an older Liquid Force DLX47

We are reusing existing bindings ... however found that the fixing thumb screws from the original board are a much coarser thread - 20 tpi (1/4" UNC ?)

Obviously at some point board threads have changed thread size, at a guess it looks like M6 ... but as US do not normally use ISO Metric threads would like to check.

Are Liquid Force boards using M6 threads ?

Don't know if they're M6, but they are metric.

2014 LF is metric. M6 is what you need. Your older bindings are going to need to use M6 screws instead of the 1/4 20 that come with older boards.

We have a number of M6 screws at boardstop. Need to know what your length of your binding screws are. You will probably have to replace the thumbscrews with just M6 bolts.

Probably a pan head bolt is what you will need.

I got a set of M6 and cut them down ... worked until I bought a new set of bindings.

BTW - Metric threads ... welcome America to the joys of Metrication, so much better than old feet & inches.
