Hey guys, we have been working really hard to bring the first production ready Electric Winch to the table.

We are using a battery pack and averaging 6-8 hrs of riding per charge.

awesome winch. what motor do you use to power, and whats the voltage?

kartman, we are using a few small farm and fleet batteries made into a rechargeable pack

thats what im sitting on while pulling in the video

Interesting. Much quieter, instant torque. I'm assuming deep water start testing is better than with gas engines?

What you guessing you are going to sell these for?

texaswakerep, our initial estimates are for the 3600-4000 dollar range *(depending on battery options)
yes its steep

but the practical applications of it will be obvious to the right people
much cheaper to make a stationary electric winch than buying a 2.0

and we could def cut cost and make them cheaper but we arnt reallly interested in producing a sub par product , look at a 3 yr old grinch and see how well it held up

anyone can make a winch for a lot less
we could too
but thats not what we are trying to do

and yes since the power band is programmable it has enough torque to pull your little arms off

we still make these if anyone is thinking about electric winching

just sent our first electric winch to hong kong!

new version coming out in a few months, no more external battery packs!
