The guy is a childhood friend and apparently does something outrageous at the DMV every time he goes because, well, it's the DMV. He said this was as far as he's ever taken it though.

| That's pretty impressive. I've had them not take a picture for 'smiling too much'. I did get an absurd one once, I'll have to dig and see if I still have it. I look like an insane person. |

My last one was great. Went in to get a duplicate but found out I had to get new one. Hungover, long frizzy hat hair made even more glamorous by the photo being from a downward angle. Had me looking a bit like this guy.
