| yeah sweaved to miss someone texting and driving on a back road. and im the one who went to jail cause i blew .08 just left dinner at my buddies house. i walked away from it though. will never drink and drive again

yeah it is. only reason i got it was when my grandpa passed away he left it for me:)  miss him more than i do the truck to my first tattoo was for him

FL is automatic loss of license if you refuse a field sobriety test.

Consult with your attorney but the loss of license is temporary and sometimes less than suspension if booked for a DUI/DWI.
I'm not encouraging anyone to drink and drive or resist arrest. Just saying you have rights and providing evidence that leads to your conviction is protected to an extent. Borderline like .08 would likely be lower than than once arrested, transported, and then required to submit blood or urine.

I thought .08 and under was legal? Should have waited an hour or two to report in if didnt need any medical assistance. Do you think you might have been able to avoid this if you werent drinking?
