Overtons puts on a major boat show every year in Greenville, NC. They usually throw in a bit on the wakeboard side, not a lot but always worth attending.

surfexpo.com if you are looking for the place where a large amount of industry companies will go to show off new products. The September show is the biggest for Wakeboard of the two shows.
If you are looking for boat shows then every major city will have a boat show starting in January-Feb each year.
