|
|
Got a brand new wakeboard from a friend but I have no idea what make/model it is.
I need to purchase some fins for it so I was hoping someone could identify it and let me know which ones I needed.
the board is 141cm long.

The outer fins are definitely liquid force. Looks exactly like my 08 shane as far as those go.
My shane didn't have any center fins, so I know it's not that. Sorry I couldn't be of more help, but I hope I at least got you on the right track.

100% a Liquid Force special edition board. Not sure exactly what year but look to 2003-2006 or so. Those side big fin-holes are pretty distinctive to their lineup around then. Could be a "trip" or a "substance"? hard to remember details when I can't look through pictures really.

I don't think it's a Trip, that has a more rounded tip and tail.
Substance is possible. Doesn't it say anything on the bottom?

I just has the warning labels at the bottom of the board on both sides.
The 2 smaller holes that are slightly recessed are 3.25" apart. Which single screw in fin with the 2 nubs on it would work for a novice.
Im thinking these are exactly what I need..does anyone possibly have 2 sets they would like to sell me??

Yep, those are what you need for that deck.
FlyZone CR, I thought so but wasn't sure on the trip.

Lemmy, What year is yours? I'm really curious as to what this could be.
djmaincheese, How'd you get a hold of this board? I can't imagine many of them were made.

OH!!! Something just clicked in my brain. It looks a lot like my 2005 "Litmus" but was different enough to throw me off. Take a look at the Liquid Force "Omega". Could be it.

I got a 2009 substance grind
it's got these little points where the center part meets the sides, this here hasn't. Hard to see in this pic though.
