Sorry to be so predictable with my first post but hey ho.

Just been to my local park a few times and got hooked on cable crack. Just wondering if you guys could give me some input on a good board to get. I'll pretty much only be using it on cable.

I'm 75-80kg and 6'

I've been kitesurfing for years and always tend to ride small boards for my size as I find them easier to get through rotations.

I hit the park today on my old Cabrinha Custom 133 and found it pretty nice but could go larger and wider.

I'm a big fan of aerial stuff but want a bit of an all rounder that isn't gonna shred if I hit the sliders.

Suggestions please and thank you.

LF Watson Hybrid is solid, especially if you can get a good price on it. Great flex for rails, still has the chops for air tricks. For a wakeboard it's supposedly not too bad behind the kite also.

Really, most of the hybrid style boards from LF will treat you good.

Katch, The hybrids don't have molded fins since they flex.

I like the witness grind a LOT. Picked one up a couple of years ago right before my Watson Hybrid. The only downside is it isn't flex but other than that, a great board and awesome for flatwater air tricks. It's still my #1 choice the very few times I get to ride behind a boat. I just like having flex for the rail park which is why i stick to the Watson.

Take a look at the Tex as well. Haven't had a chance to try one yet but if I ever get another non-flex board it'd be that one. Tom Fooshee rides it and it looks really solid all-around.

The cable park I ride on has sliders and kickers no rails so I guess flex isn't a big priority and I like a fairly stiff board (I ride a Your Zoon behind a kite) and flat water air is my main thing. Just makes pressing sliders a little more tricky with a board that won't bone over as much I guess (just thinking about what its like on a stiff snowboard and sliders)

Might see if I can get LF to send me some demo boards.

Katch, Definitely demo if you can. But if you're going non-flex and like air tricks, both the Witness and Tex will do you very well.

Well I managed to snag a Liquid Force Axis 139. Nice looking outline so hoping it'll ride well.

Huge storm here right now so gonna have to wait till Friday/Saturday to catch a cable.
