1990 sunsetter?

Looking to buy a new boat found a 1990 sunsetter on craigslist really nice looking good condition tower with speakers for 8000 only thing is it has wood floors he says there in great shape with one small soft spot should this be a big concern and bout how much would it be to replace the floor? It looks like a really nice boat do you think it is a good deal?

Sounds like a project boat and its not in good shape if there is one small soft spot!

that is not a good price this time of year for that boat in that condition. Like buckthis said, the boat probably needs a lot of work. I'm not saying its a bad boat at all, it will throw a great wake. I would say around 5k. (keep in mind the wooden stringers)
