Hey all. New guy here. In the market for a boat. I've found some good deals but I'd like some input on them. I had my mind set on a 90s Sanger V210 or a 90s Malibu VLX. I did find a 97 supreme medalist v drive the other day for $10.5k and curious what your thoughts are. I've ridden behind a newer supreme v drive and it was good IMO but I know nothing about the older ones. It has a tower but seller says there's a few small rips on the sun deck and a few scratches on the gel coat. Is it a good overall boat? I don't need all the bangin interior and other fancy stuff like new boats and figure I can install my own auto ballast system and stereo and fix upgolstery this winter. Thanks in advance

Oh by the way if you get it for 10.5K I hate you. LOL
I got mine in March for 12K it was in great shape except for the fuel tank, but that is another story.

I tryed to PM you, but its not working.

I love it. As far as the wake I guess it could always be better but I am very happy with the boat over all. Also when you get the boat take the time to pull the rear seat out and remove the fuel tank to inspect the bottom of the tank. It is a little bit of work but trust me it will be worth your time. I found out the hard way after my bilge was full of fuel. I got home removed the tank (2 hour job) and found it had corroded about 6 holes in the tank I sanded them down JB welded the bottom 1/3 of the tank and I was good to go, reinstalled it with 4 1inch rubber strips on the floor to give the air room to move around the tank. In the winter I am going to remove the tank and coat the inside with sealer.
If you want more info please don't hesitate to call me.
