hockeymarc, In general you look ok but not great, definitely a good start. You're not edging nearly hard enough. What is the boat speed at? Everything about it looks really slow. |

You only made it halfway across the wake, learn to go w2w before going for tantrums.......... _________________ "It's just water..not concrete or dirt..just throw it!! |

Ps205Rider, I assume he can clear wakes, no need to be negative. Trip-flips are really funky when you're first learning them. I remember learning tantrums and not being able to clear the wake with them until I just decided to edge almost as hard as I could. Stuck that next one first try.
hockeymarc, Another thing I noticed is that you stop yourself a bit too early and aren't getting the full force of the wake. Ride up it a bit more and it should kick you a little better. A harder edge may help with your timing on this as well. |

hockeymarc, Ok, just try edging harder and waiting just a second more before you pop. See how that does you and post a new video trying that if you can. |

Gnarshred, the crew I ride with, when learning, they always cleared the wake, just took some nasty falls doing it is why I made that comment. _________________ "It's just water..not concrete or dirt..just throw it!! |

hockeymarc, Hard to tell with that video. I think it was more of a product of you realizing you weren't going to make it so it's just kind of the way you bailed. I wouldn't change a thing at first except just to really go for it. Other than that, just try to keep your shoulders squared with the boat and you shouldn't rotate. |
