|
|
I'm new to the site and to wakeboarding. I'm looking to buy a beginner board but I'm not really sure what size I should get. I'm 6'1" and weigh 195 lbs. I'm looking at two different beginner boards, the Ronix Vault, which comes in a 139 and 144, and the Hyperlite State, which comes in a 140 and 145.
I've looked at size charts and they typically say I should use a 141-142 size board. These boards don't come in that size. I ended up buying the Vault 139 because I liked the look and bindings that come on it, but I'm questioning if that is too small.
There is also the CWB Pure that comes in 141 but the store I've gone to doesn't carry the CWB brand so I haven't checked it out.
Could I get opinions on which board and size would be best for me based on my size?
All help and comments will be greatly appreciated.

I ride a 138, and I've been eating healthier and have come from 210 - 185. 139 isn't to small. _________________ "It's just water..not concrete or dirt..just throw it!! |

139 will be fine. I'm 6'4", about 220lbs and ride anything between a 140 and a 145 and feel comfortable. |
