airhead ropes provides quality customer service!

hey guys, i just bought an airhead rope/handle combo specifically for wakeboarding. green coated spectra line and green and black handle. i bought it for my friend that owns the boat i get towed by. it was certainly a different pull and feel compared to the old poly-e ski rope we had been using. anyhow, he clipped the handle w/ his board and nicked the foam. i sent pics and an email to airhead and they promised to send a replacement. that was monday. handle arrived late on friday at no charge to me. pretty effing cool huh? oh and to top it off, they sent me the rope as well. so now i have two coated spectra ropes. that's pretty fine customer service if you ask me. just thought i'd pass that tidbit along.
